Housing Rental Conditions
- The applicant does not own a house
- The applicant is not currently renting other city housing
- The applicant is in need of housing
- The applicant is not behind in payment for municipal tax, etc.
- The applicant has relatives who will move in the housing together
- The total of income for the applicant and his/her relatives should fall in the following criterias:

Application Period
Applications will be accepted according to the availabilities of new apartments and vacancies in existing housing.
The application period will be announced in city public relations newsletter and inserts in local newspapers.
