Kagoshima International Association to hold a Japanese Speech Contest for International Residents

The Kagoshima International Association (KIA) will hold a Japanese speech contest for foreign residents in January 2014, with the title of ‘Let's talk about the world in Kagoshima'. For more details, please see below.

This is a chance to tell the people of Kagoshima about yourself and your experiences as an international resident, so if you're interested, please contact the KIA office in Kagoshima city, or come to the 5th floor of Kanoya City Hall to pick up an application form.

Criteria for application

  1. .Full-time resident in Kagoshima
  2. .Non-Japanese nationality
  3. .Participants must not have previously received the Grand Prize
