Cooking Salon-Cuban Cuisine
How would you like to learn about different customs and cultures while cooking delicious food at the same time?
This cooking salon will be taught by Oosaki ALT Andrew Cuan. Please come along and enjoy the various flavours and culture that Cuba has to offer.
Please be aware that this event may be cancelled due to the spread of foot-and-mouth disease.

What to bring
Plate, spoon, cup and apron.
Fee
500 yen (Free for Kanoya International Exchange Association members and foreign participants)

(participants must be at least 5th grade elementary school students)

Event Report
On the 27th of June, KIEA held their annual International Cooking Salon.This year’s theme was ‘Cuban cuisine’
The participants not only learnt about cooking in Cuba, but also about the country’s culture and history.
The event was a meaningful experience that allowed everyone to learn while enjoying the unique flavors that Cuban cuisine has to offer.
